Oxygen generators are a relatively new but very effective technology for providing medical institutions with therapeutic oxygen. The lack of need to store liquid oxygen makes such installations even more convenient to use.
You can order a high-quality oxygen concentrator in our catalog — it is convenient, fast, and reliable.
Oxygen generators have long been recognized as a necessary component in medical institutions of various levels. Their use is widespread in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other medical institutions.
They play a key role in providing the necessary oxygen to patients with various diseases that require additional support for the respiratory system.
Oxygen generators are also used in multidisciplinary hospitals, where there is a great need for oxygen supply to various departments, such as resuscitation, surgery, and neonatology.
The PSA technology, on which the operating principle of such equipment is based, is ensured by the presence of two cylinders with zeolite, where the process of purifying the air from nitrogen and concentrating the oxygen entering the system takes place.
The supply of air to this system is provided by a compressor, and complex filters, an air dryer, and a humidifier are responsible for purifying the oxygen.
Thanks to the high power of such equipment, an uninterrupted gas supply to several output points simultaneously is ensured. For large hospitals, the capacity of oxygen generators can reach ten liters of oxygen per minute.
The main operating principle of oxygen generators is the method of extracting oxygen from the air. In this way, the supply of purified oxygen is ensured without the need to import oxygen cylinders and store them.
The PSA technology allows producing your own oxygen using only atmospheric air.
Oxygen generators can be:
A stationary device can be installed on the territory of a medical institution, on a technical floor or in a technical room, or an annex. Container design is possible.
In particular, oxygen generators can have different capacities depending on the needs of the institution. There are devices that generate up to 3, up to 5, and even up to 10 liters of oxygen per minute.
We offer varieties of generators with different technical characteristics, which makes it possible to choose the optimal option for your institution. The price will depend on the specific model of the generator and its capacity. An oxygen generator is needed to provide an additional source of pure oxygen in conditions where it is insufficient or contaminated. It is used in medical institutions to support patients’ breathing, in industrial processes where pure oxygen is needed, as well as in emergency situations and when traveling to places with low oxygen levels.
